Should you listen to past family members of residents that were at partridge care centre as you are doing. I think you are only getting one side of the story.
ReplyDeleteSometimes in our care work it is not actually the residents that cause staff problems it is often guilt ridden family members that can cause care staff alot of grief.
I am quite disappointed knowing the care that this resident actually recieved and yet the family member is not allowing her mother to rest! Could this be guilt also!
